Randy Dix has been engaged in the practice of law for 32 years. He confines his practice exclusively to the prosecution and litigation of complex medical negligence and personal injury cases. He has taken more medical negligence cases to trial on behalf of injury victims than any other lawyer in the State of Montana and he is responsible for numerous multi-million dollar settlements in the area of medical negligence in cases ranging from birth injuries to neurologic misdiagnoses to deaths following emergency care.  

In each case that he evaluates, he has the resources and staff to assemble a team of medical, scientific and forensic experts that enable a comprehensive, thorough review of the claim. 

He has earned the respect of his defense counsel colleagues by having served frequently as a mediator in medical negligence litigation.
